A structure is on fire on Windy Hollow Road in Point Arena and reports indicate occupants are evacuating.
Scanner traffic indicates fire resources on the way to the scene can see a significant column of smoke coming from the 24000 block of Windy Hollow Road.
The fire response was escalated at 7:55 p.m. to a “two-alarm fire” which means the local agency is requesting other departments assist.
UPDATE 8:00 p.m.: The Incident Commander reported that a single-family residence is engulfed in flames and threatening a second nearby residence.
