NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED FEE ADOPTION FOR UKIAH VALLEY BASIN GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY AGENCY
(Proposition 26: Water Code Section 10730)
PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2024 AT 1 P.M. AT THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 501 LOWER GAP ROAD.
The Ukiah Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) is considering adopting a resolution establishing a groundwater sustainability fee to fund local sustainable groundwater management.
The fee resolution will be considerered by the GSA Board during a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18 at 1 p.m. at the County Board of Supervisors Chambers (501 Lower Gap Road).

LA AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA SE LLEVARÁ A CABO EL MARTES 18 DE JUNIO DE 2024 A LA 1 P.M. EN LAS CÁMARAS DE LA JUNTA DE SUPERVISORES DEL CONDADO UBICADAS EN 501 LOWER GAP ROAD.
La Agencia de Sostenibilidad de las Aguas Subterráneas de la Cuenca del Valle de Ukiah (GSA, por sus siglas en inglés) está considerando adoptar una resolución que establece una tarifa de sostenibilidad de las aguas subterráneas para financiar la gestión sostenible de las aguas subterráneas locales.
La resolución de tarifas será considerada por la Junta de GSA durante una audiencia pública el martes 18 de junio a la 1 p.m. en las Cámaras de la Junta de Supervisores del Condado (501 Lower Gap Road).
