Fort Bragg resident Rushell Piver was heartbroken when her late mother’s dog Dino was stolen along with the travel trailer she kept him in on November 23, 2020. Amazingly, this morning, Mendocino County Sheriff Deputy Sean Wristen called Piver with good news: Dino had been found and was coming home.

Piver said that Deputy Wristen told her Dino was found this morning abandoned inside a crate on the side of Little Lake Road in Mendocino. Piver suspects the thieves put Dino in the crate and placed him on the side of the road.

Deputies returned Dino to Piver’s home where she says, “He is now safe and home with me!!” Piver is grateful for every community member saying “I can not express how happy And thankful for all viewers who keep sharing and help Bring my baby brother Home!!”
