TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 128 in Mendocino County is fully closed from Flynn Creek Road to Shoreline Highway due to flooding from the Navarro River. No estimated time for reopening. We will provide updates as they become available. quickmap.dot.ca.gov

It is open now as the sand dam at the mouth of the river broke overnight.
