Trinity County Sheriff Deems Marijuana Farm Homicide as Justified and Releases Suspect

On February 3, 2021, Kyle Adamson was released from the Trinity County Jail with no pending charges.

The release occurred after the Trinity County District Attorney’s Office reviewed the case and determined that the Homicide had been justifiable.
