[UPDATE: Found] First Responders Searching for Missing 4-Year-Old Girl in Laytonville

At approximately 8:55 p.m. scanner traffic indicated that a hasty search is being conducted in the area of 2000 Branscomb Road in Laytonville for a missing 4-year-old girl.

The four-year-old girl had been missing approximately 15 minutes since first reported and is said to be wearing a pink Yoda t-shirt.

Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, California Highway Patrol, and Laytonville Fire Department are responding to the call.

UPDATE 9:10 p.m.: First responder can be heard over the scanner navigating to the area where the 4-year-old was last seen going through gates and rural roads.

UPDATE 9:40 p.m.: Laytonville Fire Department Chief Sue Carberry reports the girl was found.
