Categories:

The following is a press release issued by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On 10-09-2021 at about 7:40 PM Mendocino County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived at a residence located at the 35000 block of North Highway 101 in Willits, California.

Deputies went to the residence in attempt to serve a felony arrest warrant on Steven Ramier for evading a peace officer (2800.2 PC).

Upon arrival Deputies located Jewel Dyer standing on the property near the driveway entrance. Dyer was in possession of plastic bag of illicit drugs.

Deputies evaluated Dyer and determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Dyer was on CDC Parole and Dyer’s Parole Officer issued a Parole hold (3056 PC) as a result.

While at the scene, Deputies observed another male subject who they identified as Steven Ramier exit a travel trailer at the location.

A Deputy went to contact Ramier however he fled back towards the trailer.  The Deputy chased Ramier a short distance and caught him near the trailer.

Ramier resisted arrest and wrestled with the arresting Deputy in attempt to avoid being arrested. The Deputy was able to overcome Ramier’s physical resistance and he was taken into custody without further incident.

Both Ramier and Dyer were arrested for the listed violations and booked into the Mendocino County Jail.

Ramier was to held in lieu of $135,000.00 bail and Dyer was to be held without bail due to his 3056 PC Parole hold.

  1. Jewel Dyer, I never even experimented with illegal drugs in my life let alone ‘binged’ or abused drugs in my life.

i NEVER had a baggy of drugs on my persons my entire life, Arresting Officers simply found a bag of some mystery substance in a car I was standing next to and told me it was MINE! and that “the car was probably mine and ‘STOLEN’…” good thing i wasnt charged with that too… right..

I had a false positive on the ‘Watch the finger” test Officers put me through.

had to do 6 months at a rehab because of this… SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, or ask questions atleaste..

THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTY AND NO ONE CARES.. I never chose to be the persecuted one.

      • How did I get caught when I didn’t even do anything tho?

Why are you trolling the miserable?

Who’s little bully son did I beat up with a Shattered Spine after being the center of his jokes my whole childhood?????

        Y u Mad?

      • OldJEWkiahan, if it were as simple as growing up and moving on, I’m pretty sure I would of done that by now. only I’ve been getting treated like dirt for no reason, and never an explanation.. everyone wants me to suffer for something completely falsified.

Contrary to the AVA.. I have never confessed to any manslaughter charge, I was never homeless, I was never collecting petty ass nursing care of elderly money for having to live with my dad, AND my dad was not even legally a Senior Citizen!!!

10 neighbors reports of pulling guns on him and being stressed by him were never submitted by POLICE… Etc etc

Someone please stop this shit and fix my shattered spine I’ve had since 19 yrs old that all of a sudden got me into 15 fist fights in the area!!!!
