Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page indicate that around 4:08 p.m. a three-vehicle collision occurred on State Route 175 on the Lake County side near the Granite Construction facility.
Reportedly a red car crossed over into the opposing lane and hit two other vehicles. The collision is being characterized as “head-on.”
Two medical units have been dispatched to the scene as well as multiple tow trucks.
