A single vehicle went off Hwy 162 near mile marker 9.6 about 2:26 p.m. The female occupant was able to get out of the vehicle, however, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page, she may have a head injury.
An ambulance as well as law enforcement and the fire department are responding to the scene.
