North Coast residents, get ready to bundle up and protect your plumbing and plants. It’s about to get cold.
The National Weather Service Office in Eureka, California is predicting a hard freeze will descend upon the North Coast this evening sending temperatures plummeting into the teens in some inland valleys.
The NWS warns that these sorts of temperatures can result in damage to “unprotected outdoor plumbing” and can “kill crops”.
