At approximately 11:08 a.m., a motorcyclist was hit by another vehicle in the southbound lane of Highway 101 resulting in major injuries.
The California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page indicates that the #1 lane was blocked for a period of time after the collision and a tow truck has been requested to the scene to help clear it.
