Just before 1 p.m., a truck went off Hwy 101 into the water at Bridges Creek in northern Mendocino County. Traffic is crawling in both directions, according to Caltrans QuickMap.
According to the first reports from the scene, the water is up to the window of the vehicle but the occupant is able to move and appears to be uninjured.
One way traffic is in effect as of 1:15 p.m.
