I have known this guy on and off for most of a decade. Trying to help him. He does good for long periods of time and tries to help a lot of people. He is harmless. I don’t know why they are making him out to sound like a violent criminal. He is not. Mendocino S.O. Why are you demonizing this guy? What did he do? Assault with a deadly weapon? Like what? He is not to be feared. Drunk in public, DUI, concealed weapon. Which is only illegal because this is California. One of the only states where you can’t legally defend yourself with a weapon unless you are locked inside your home. Those are pretty harmless offenses. To John Q iPublic. Do not fear this man. He would give you the shirt off his back.
100% of Anthony’s problems are from alcohol. Which he has been battling for many years and he’s given it a serious effort to stop. How about helping him with his problem instead of creating another felon and ruining his life. MCSO way to demonize and try to ruin a good person’s life.
I believe you about your friend, but alcohol kills. It kills in cars and it ruins the involved children’s lives. Sounds like he was driving a kid around drunk maybe? I get that he’s got the disease of alcoholism, I understand our legal system doesn’t help people. But as the grown up child of an alcoholic I can tell you the wounds don’t heal. That’s nice of you to help and point out his graces.
Please people, don’t drink and drive.
It’s funny that you should say these things because as I was reading the article I was thinking to myself, “I wonder if this guy really is a bad guy? “ So I prayed for him. Trust me I know someone who’s life was ruined by this kind of baloney. They are kind and harmless, but thanks to the sheriffs office falsifying a police report (in which I was the supposed victim) this young man got two serious violent charges. I had proof that the officer lied but the court DA’s office, judge, AND Public defender) refused to hear it, they shut their eyes and covered it up. They rolled right over me in the courtroom. It was heartbreaking to watch. Now this young man who needed a little help one night can’t even get a job. And is considered a violent felon and he literally didn’t even lay a hand or a finger on anyone. But God knows. So I’ll pray for your friend. I believe you.
Sir you CAN get on a different path. Don’t worry about those who will judge you. Let him who has NO SIN cast the first stone.
You have a friend who thinks you are worth saving. He stuck his neck out for you.
You also have a Father in Heaven who loves you and sent His only Son to die for you and cleanse you and turn you away from your sins. He’s only a prayer away. God bless you.
