The following is a press release issued by the Fort Bragg Police Department. This has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On the evening of February 27, 2024, off duty officers received anonymous information that a juvenile may have been in possession and brandished a firearm during an altercation at or near the Fort Bragg High School. During the course of their investigation, officers identified the suspect juvenile, determined he lived within the city limits of Fort Bragg, and was on active juvenile probation with terms allowing for search.
On February 28, 2024 at approximately 07:30 a.m., prior to the beginning of school, officers responded to the juvenile’s residence located in the 500 block of Kempee Way. During their search, officers located the juvenile, an improvised 9-millimeter firearm, and a loaded high-capacity 9-millimeter magazine.
The juvenile was arrested and transported to the Mendocino County Jail for 777(A)(1) PC – violation of probation, 29610(A) PC – minor in possession of handgun, 32310(A) PC – possession of a high capacity magazine, 417(A)(2)(B) PC – brandishing a firearm, 33600 PC – manufacture of an improvised firearm, 29820(B) – possession of firearm in violation of probation.

I’m sorry but didn’t the 9th circuit Court of appeals reverse the high capacity law like a month ago or something?? Isn’t that an unconstitutional charge?
