This evening, a violent confrontation erupted near the Oak Shores area of Lake Berryessa in Napa County resulting in reporting stabbings, shots fired, six injured, one dead, and an ongoing search for a suspect.

First responders have declared the situation a Mass Casualty Incident which means “emergency medical services are overwhelmed by the number and severity of casualties.”

The incident began around 5:50 p.m. and immediately required a multi-agency response after reports of stabbings, shots fired, and a large brawl were called in.

Law enforcement are actively searching for an involved person described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’8″ tall with braids, around 30 years old, wearing no shirt and black shorts. He reportedly fled the scene in a truck.

Possible vehicles involved in the incident include a white four-door BMW and a black vehicle. Authorities are actively searching for these vehicles.

A female caller reported she is in a vehicle with one of the stabbing victims. Emergency medical services are en route to provide aid.

    • Someone laments the loss of their friend in spanish and you just can’t help but to be a total ignorant shitass.

    • The bottom line here McDick is to take the very little time and effort that is required to translate before you expose your narrow thinking and ugliness.
Furthermore you should show some respect and dignity if you have any and apologize to Diego.

  3. I’ll help you Mick Dick, I speak Spanish even though I’m white. I’m paraphrasing, but Diego is saying “my poor friend, he wasn’t a trouble maker, but those other boys were full of hate and drugs, bad people. There, now there’s no misunderstanding, just the understanding that you aren’t bilingual.

Now let’s talk about the anger in our youth, the access to and normalization of alcohol, and the water party culture of summer that is a hallmark of our country. Then let’s wonder how all those kids where planning on getting home after a day of drinking…maybe by driving? If they hadn’t had fought, they would have driven off. I’m sure some did. Let’s talk about drinking and driving, member how that used to be considered bad?
