Vehicle Rollover Snarls Highway 101 North of Hopland

A vehicle rollover along Highway 101 north of Hopland has closed the southbound lane diminishing the roadway to one-way traffic.

Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page indicate the accident occurred at 4:54 p.m. when a grey Honda Civic overturned affecting the southbound lane of Highway 101 which is shut down at this time. The incident appears to be near the intersection between Highway 101 and Crofoot Ranch Road.

The Caltrans Quickmap shows traffic is significantly slowed in the area of the collision. We encourage those in the area to find alternative routes.

A tow truck is en route to the scene to assist in clearing the roadway.


UPDATE 6:06 p.m.: The Caltrans Quickmap indicates traffic is flowing smoothly in the area.
