The northbound and southbound inside lanes of Hwy 101 are blocked after a vehicle and a motorcycle collided just north of the Mendocino/Sonoma County line near Comminsky Station at about 10:55 a.m., according to reports over the scanner and on the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. The outside lanes are still open.

The rider of the motorcycle is reported to be lying in the middle of the roadway after colliding with a black vehicle. The motorcyclist received major injuries and a medevac helicopter is responding.
