It is unknown what caused this outage at this time or how long it will take to reinstate phone service to these customers. These customers will be unable to use their landline phones at all during this outage. If you are experiencing difficulties in reaching someone in Covelo who has a landline phone, please understand it is possibly related to this phone outage. is the very worst in phone service, as soon as it rains the land lines are out of service. outages at least once a month.
We have complained an it just falls on deaf ears.
