Mendocino County Suffers Its 26th Death from the COVID-19 Pandemic

Categories:

This death comes one day after Christmas, a holiday defined in the pre-COVID era as one of gathering and joy with family and friends. In the week leading up to Christmas, Mendocino County Public Health implored county residents to celebrate the holiday without gathering in the form of several Facebook posts.

December has marked records in Mendocino County’s battle with COVID-19 including hitting an all-time high of the number of Mendocino County residents hospitalized from COVID-19.
