Fort Bragg Hosting Tire Disposal Event October 23 & 24

The following is a press release issued by the City of Fort Bragg:

The City of Fort Bragg will be hosting its third free tire disposal event, Saturday, October 23 & Sunday, October 24, 2021 between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm in the City of Fort Bragg’s City Hall parking lot, just north of City Hall, 416 N. Franklin Street between E. Pine Street and Laurel Street.

Conservation Corps North Bay will be accepting up to 9 tires per trip:

  • Up to 48 inches in diameter size
  • No bicycle tires will be accepted
  • Limited to vehicular tires only (rims on tires are allowed)
  • This program is for residential disposal only, no tires from businesses please

This event is possible through a grant from CalRecycle and managed by Conservation Corps North Bay.
