On Tuesday mid-morning news broke that Mendocino County law enforcement was investigating a dead body found near the intersection of Ukiah’s Christy Lane and Parducci Road.
Little information was released that day, but today Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Captain Greg Van Patten has confirmed the deceased was a female adult and the death is considered “suspicious.”
Detectives are continuing to work through the investigation, Captain Van Patten said. Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, no additional information can be offered at this time.
