Fatal Traffic Accident on Albion Ridge Road After Two Vehicles Collide Head-on

Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page indicate two vehicles collided head-on near the 31000 block of Albion Ridge Road around 3:52 p.m. The collision resulted in the death of one person involved.

Breaking News: The Incident Commander reported another has a neck injury, two others have minor injuries, and an air ambulance has been requested to the scene.

The incident is reportedly located “just past the second firehouse” on Albion Ridge Road. The westbound lane of Albion Ridge Road is reportedly blocked as a result of the collision and a Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Coroner is being requested to the scene.

  1. We fear Covid but death on roads close to home? Death comes suddenly to many but if it does not make headlines or make people rich it is ignored
