Daryan Grivette [Mugshot from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Booking Logs]

On 04-19-2022 at 2:23 A.M., Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were on routine patrol in the 1300 block of North State Street in Ukiah, California.

The Deputies observed a vehicle parked with the engine idling.  The Deputies performed a vehicle check and contacted the male driver and the passenger, subsequently identified as Daryan Grivette.

The Deputies were familiar with the male driver and knew him to be on active felony probation with terms to include a search waiver.  The Deputies confirmed the male’s probation status through the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center.

The Deputies performed a search of the male driver and the vehicle, per his probation terms.  The Deputies located a commercial quantity of suspected methamphetamine in a backpack.  The backpack also contained a personal amount of heroin and packaging material.

The Deputies continued their search and located a commercial quantity of marijuana inside the vehicle.  The Deputies interviewed both subjects.  During their investigation, the Deputies developed probable cause to believe Grivette was in possession of the suspected methamphetamine, packaging material, heroin and marijuana.

      • A few months in the can will give her an opportunity now to get clean, stop picking her face, and maybe decide if she wants to continue to be a piece of shit or make something out of her life . Even a chunk of coal can become a diamond, with applied heat and pressure.

    • So, they’re bullshitting about packaging materials, ie material used for commercializing substances?

Do you have direct insight into this event?
Or is that speculation on your part?

      • She’s pleading guilty, today, in Mendocino Supreme Court Criminal Division to a whole lot more than this story reports. Including grand theft. I’m one of her many victims.

  1. Daryan, not everyone is out here throwing stones at you! Some of us have been where you sit. And we’re praying for you. Hoping that you’ll find a reason to take a different road. I don’t know you, but I know your worth fighting for and you’re worth a better life. You ARE worth it. And you do have the power to change anything about your life that you want to change. Down with the naysayers! Go with God little sister…
