A vehicle crashed on Hwy 101 at Richardsons Grove about 4:07 a.m., according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. According to a report from a deputy with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department, the vehicle is overturned onto its roof off the west side of the roadway.
However, traffic cannot pass in either direction at this time as emergency vehicles–an ambulance and fire trucks–are in the roadway attending to the patient.

UPDATE 5:59 a.m.: Roadway is clear. However, Caltrans QuickMap still shows traffic moving slowly through the area.
UPDATE 6:48 a.m.: The CHP is now reporting that this is a major injury accident with two patients–one adult and one juvenile (approximately age 14). Traffic is moving close to normal at this time.
