Both Fort Bragg High School at 300 Dana Street and Dana Grey Elementary at 1197 E Chestnut Street are in lockdown after reports of shots fired at the high school.
At about 1:10 p.m., a person saying he is a teacher called 911 reporting that shots were fired at Fort Bragg High School in room 110.
The first report said the shooter was a Hispanic male adult wearing blue pants in classroom 10.
At this point, no suspicious activity has been located.

UPDATE 1:50 p.m.: A text sent to parents at Fort Bragg High School tells them not to come to school as all sites are in lockdown until the situation is resolved.
UPDATE 1:56 p.m.: According to law enforcement speaking over the scanner, no patients found and air support has been cancelled.
UPDATE 2:03 p.m.: Fort Bragg Fire Department is being released from the school incident.
UPDATE 2:04 p.m.: We are hearing that students are reporting to the gym for a headcount then they will be released for day.
UPDATE 2:25 p.m.: According to Fort Bragg High School’s Facebook page, “The situation at Fort Bragg High School has been resolved. Everyone is safe and there were no injuries. The lockdown has been lifted for all sites.”
