The following is a press release issued by the Ukiah Police Department. This has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On 05-01-2023 at approximately 2:41 P.M. Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a report of a possible child sexual abuse which occurred in the 17000 block of Oklahoma Lane in Fort Bragg, California.
Deputies responded to the location, with the assistance of Social Workers with Mendocino County Child Protective Services.
The involved parties in this case were identified as being Robert Hrbac, and a 6-year-old child.
At this time, Deputies and Social Workers obtained information which caused concern for the safety of the 6-year-old child, and she was taken into protective custody by Child Protective Services.
This case was then referred to the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau for further follow up.
During further follow up investigations between 05-01-2023 and 05-09-2023, Detectives developed probable cause to arrest Hrbac on this case.
A search warrant was prepared for the residence. On 05-09-2023 at approximately 10:15 P.M. Detectives and Deputies served the search warrant at the residence. Numerous electronic devices believed to possibly contain evidence on this case were seized during the service of the search warrant and will be forensically analyzed at a later time.
Ultimately, Hrbac was placed under arrest for 288.7(a) PC [unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 10-years-old], and 288.5(a) PC [continuous sexual abuse of a minor].
Hrbac is a convicted sex offender in the State of California stemming from a 2006 conviction for 288(a) PC [Lewd and Lascivious acts with a child under 14-years-old].
Hrbac was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in lieu of $200,000.00 bail.
Why was this monster let out to do it again?? Our laws surrounding pedophiles are seriously f*****. Unlawful intercouse?? Why not call it what it is? Child rape!! 🤬
Someone should do something to get put in jail and then find the right guard that will put them in the same cell with that chomo for about 5 minutes alone. Shit matter of fact I should. POS makes me sick. They need the death penalty for this type of sick.
He better hope they keep him locked away safe in protective custody with the rest of his kind.
This waste of oxygen and others like him need to be purged from every community with the same compassion they had for the victims. They should NEVER feel safe again…nor should the ones that haven’t been caught YET!!!

I think that’s internet bullshit. No one wants it to be an identity, what people want is for the public to understand that this guy was once an innocent kid getting abused himself. I’m not excusing him at all, but if people don’t start seeing this then he’ll get labeled a monster, then labeled acceptable to rape and his victims that you pretend to care so much about will be labeled monsters too someday when they abuse substances or spread the sexual violence.
OMG…sorry so many things there that i don’t agree with. First no matter what happened in his childhood he is a monster. Plenty of sexual abuse victims grow up without becoming pedophiles or rapists. Many pedophiles and rapists and serial killers grew up with no abuse in loving families. I am aware that some victims of sex abuse grow up to be abusers…..I just do not accept it as a excuse or that it happens to every victim. I suspect most victims do not become abusers themselves and as adults know control or just do not have those thoughts or desires or desires to act upon them.
Hope mother arrested also for her clear lack of judgement in choosing the man of her dreams or her participation. Sorry this type of abuse , videos photos possible sharing over computer does not go unnoticed unless there is complete neglect or compliance. And I do not believe in mom a victim.

Everyone should be aware of the registered sex offenders in the area. Many are transient and gave no address and can be anywhere in fort bragg. And if you check profiles majority are for offenses against children just a FYI. Best to know who is around your neighborhood.
