Deck the Halls and Unleash Your Inner Artist: MEDIUM Art Gallery’s Festive Finale with Ornament-Making, Holiday Art Fair, and Santa’s Cheer

The following is a press release issued by the Deep Valley Arts Collective:

On Friday, December 1, MEDIUM Art Gallery will host an ornament-making workshop for people of all ages. This event will be their final First Friday event of the year, just in time for the Christmas holidays. Materials will be provided, and light snacks and beverages will be available for donation. They will have the record player cued up and some fun music on the turntables.

While you’re there, take in their Small Works group art show, the final gallery show of the year at MEDIUM. Small Works is intended as a venue for artistic gift-giving, and everything is priced right. All the art is local and handmade and created with care and passion.

The festivities continue on Saturday, December 2, from noon to 6:00 p.m. with a Holiday Art Fair and free photos with Santa.

Saturday will be a very fun and busy day at the gallery. In addition to Santa, the gallery’s annual holiday art fair will be happening all day. It will feature local artists and their handmade textiles, photographs, music, cards, books, ceramics, stained glass, paintings, and more. They will have cocoa and cider and candy canes for the kids. It will be a fun, festive, and happy day for all.

MEDIUM Art Gallery stages multiple gallery shows per year and First Friday events every month and supports working artists and the local community with workshops, in-person events, and art sales. They also have a selection of used vinyl records, handmade gifts, art supplies, and merchandise for sale year-round. Gallery hours are Fridays from 12-8 p.m., Saturdays from 12-6 p.m., and Sundays from 12-4 p.m.
