Santa Rosa Police Seek Public Assistance In Locating Missing Man

The following is a statement issued by the Santa Rosa Police Department:

Lazarus Livingston, a 21 year old white male, Santa Rosa Resident has been reported to SRPD as a missing person. Livingston was last seen in the Rincon Valley Area on January 8, 2021 at about 11:00 P.M. wearing a red jersey, blue jeans, and flip-flop sandals. Livingston has short brown hair, brown eyes, stands at 5’9″, and weighs approximately 275 lbs. (see attached photo).

His probable destinaton is unknown. If located please contact SRPD at 707-528-5222.
