Ukiah Natives Carter Lane and Drew Nicoll are producing a weekly podcast exploring all things Mendocino County called Like It or Not. Episodes are released weekly on Thursday mornings at 5:00 am and are available on all podcast platforms.
This week’s episode features Lauren Strangio, a board-certified Nutrition Consultant and co-owner of Natural Health Nor Cal and the Ukiah Valley Athletic Club.
The hosts said the episode features Strangio joining them for a second time “to talk about the amazing work she does in our community as well as what she is seeing in these crazy times.”
