On September 17, 2024, around 2:30am, deputies responded to the 100 block of Short Street in Clearlake Oaks, CA, due to reports of threats being made with a firearm.

Upon investigation, deputies found several firearms in plain view and saw multiple 3D printers. Deputies authored and served a search warrant for the residence, which resulted in locating three 3D printers, multiple ghost guns, including functional 3D-printed firearms, and components to make privately manufactured firearms without serial numbers.

Dorian Ridley, 21, of Lower Lake, was arrested on felony charges related to manufacturing and possessing illegal firearms.

This is an ongoing investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call the Major Crimes Unit tipline at (707)262-4088.
